To send a text, launch Nextplus and tap the Messages tab in the top navigation bar, then tap the Compose button at the bottom right. Enter your contact's phone number or name in the "To:" field.  If the name or number you type is in your address book, you can select your contact from the filtered list that appears.  Once you have selected your contact, tap the "Type a Message" field, type your message and Send.

Remember, texting another Nextplus user is always free! You can compose a message to another Nextplus user by entering the email address they used at registration or their Nextplus username

You can also compose a text from the contact profile view.  Tap the Contact tab in the top navigation bar, then tap your desired contact.  Tap the Compose button next to the phone number you want to send a text to, then type your message and Send

Sending a text to multiple recipients

When you send a message to two or more people at a time with Nextplus, their responses will be delivered to just you.  To send a message, start a new conversation.  Then enter multiple recipients by typing in the names of your contacts.
