Yes you can.
To unlink your facebook account from your textPlus account, do as follows:
1. Login to your Facebook account
2. Click the white "down" arrow at the far right of the blue menu bar
3. Click Privacy Settings on the dropdown menu
4. Click Edit Settings to the right of Apps and Websites
5. Click Edit Settings to the right of Apps you use
6. Find textPlus and click the "x" to the right of Edit
