I did not receive minutes I purchased

We apologize for the inconvenience. When purchasing minutes, they are automatically added to your account and should reflect in your balance in the dialer, and settings section of textPlus Free Calls.  Unfortunately, your in app purchase was not recorded in our system. Do not fret, you can provide a screenshot of your iTunes receipt and we will glad to award you the minutes purchased, but did not receive.

Please take note, that the receipt should have an itemized list of purchases with prices and a grand total at the end.
