I haven't received the minutes that I earned.

Minutes earned are provided by a company called Tapjoy, and they have a Support System in place for cases such as yours.  

For iOS:

1. On the Settings screen, tap Earn or Buy minutes.
2. Tap Earn Minutes (which takes you to the offer wall).
3. Scroll down to the bottom and tap Missing Minutes?
4. Follow the on-screen directions.  

Tapjoy support will respond to you in a timely manner.

For Android:

1. Tap the menu button.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Scroll down to Minute Balance and tap it.
4. Tape Earn Minutes (which takes you to the offer wall).
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the offer wall and tap Missing Minutes?
6. Follow the on-screen directions.
