Phone calls showing on bill

When using this app to call another user who is also using this app via wifi/3g, will these calls appear on either of users cell phone bill?

Hello,

Calls between textPlus users are always free. TextPlus uses either your cellular data connection or WiFi. If you do not have an unlimited data plan you should monitor your data usage in order to avoid overage charges.

Agent Eric...I understand that. I was wondering if the calls will show on the actual bill. As in, will they be printed on the bill that is recieved by each user every month?
