- This process can be completed within the next 14 to 30 days from the time of your request.
- Unused Credits and Subscriptions are not transferable. You must request refunds through Apple or Google Store.
iOS:
- Begin by tapping the Menu icon, represented by three horizontal lines.
- Navigate to "Settings" within the menu options.
- Choose "Delete Account."
- Enter the corresponding phrase provided by the system.
- Confirm your request by selecting "Delete Account." You'll need to enter your email account or phone number, depending on what was specified.
- Once your request is confirmed, you can uninstall the textPlus app from your iOS device.
Android:
- Begin by tapping the Menu icon, represented by three horizontal lines.
- Navigate to "Settings" within the menu options.
- Select "Account Settings."
- Choose "Delete Account."
- Enter the matching phrase provided by the system.
- Confirm your request by selecting "Delete Account." Input your email account or phone number, depending on the system's prompt.
- Once your request is confirmed, you can uninstall the textPlus app from your Android device.
Tips for a Successful Deletion:
- Please enter the correct matching phrase to confirm your account deletion.
- Back up any critical data or conversations you wish to retain before proceeding with the deletion.
Important Reminders:
- The account deletion process can take up to seven days.
- Once the process is complete, you won't be able to recover your account or any associated data.
- If you have an active subscription, please unsubscribe through your App Store or Google Play Store account.
